FASTT Patch is a topically applied nutraceutical product that exhibits novel properties of substantially accelerated healing for recent injuries such as:

  • Bone Fractures
  • Bursitis
  • Inflammation Stage Tendonitis
  • TMJ
  • Tennis Elbow
  • Rotator Cuff
  • Groin injury
  • Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
  • Sprains and Bruises.

FASTT Patch is used to treat musculoskeletal system injuries such as bone fractures, tendonitis, sprains and strains, and bursitis, as well as post-surgical wounds and non-angina chest wall inflammation. It accelerates the healing of acute and chronic injuries and injuries caused by overuse of the tendon.

  1. Sprains - For first-degree ankle sprain, sprains with stretched ligaments and local swelling in acute phase, recovery should be achieved with treatment of a single FASTT Patch. For second-degree ankle sprain, other sprains with torn ligaments and local swelling, contusions, AC joint separations that are in acute phase, healing requires treatment with 2 FASTT Patches.

For chronic conditions of sprains due to tendon injury, treatment with 3-6 FASTT Patches is required to heal the tendon injury. For chronic conditions of sprains due to cartilage injury in the joint, treatment with 3-6 WHITEE Patches in the joint area is required to heal the cartilage injury.

Cartilage injury in the weight bearing joint, such as the Calcaneal joint, should be treated with 3-6 WHITEE Patches in the joint areas and the joint should be immobilized to avoid continuing damage during the healing process.

  2. Back Injuries - Traumatic back injuries such as Lumbar and Thoracic strains and sprains without disc injury, require treatment with 2-3 FASTT Patches in the injured area. A disc adjustment may be necessary if it has been mis-positioned. In patients where the spinal disc is also damaged, a treatment with 3-6 WHITEE Patches in the disc area is required to heal any disc injury.

If the disc is herniated or bulging due to traumatic injury, the WHITEE Patch is recommended. Please refer to the WHITEE Patch Indications for details about Disc Herniation or Bulding Disc Treatment Procedures. The back area should be immobilized by using a brace to avoid further damage during the healing process.

  3. Bone Fractures - For stress facture, rib fracture and other types of bone fractures in acute condition, a treatment with 3-6 FASTT Patches is recommended. For non-union fractures, a treatment with 6 FASTT Patches may be required to achieve complete healing. If the bone has been broken completely, an orthopedic adjustment is necessary before applying the FASTT Patch and a cast is required to allow the bone grow together.

  4. Inflammation Stage Tendonitis - For inflammation stage tendonitis, such as tennis elbow, rotator cuff, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Achilles tendonitis, Patellar tendonitis, Plantar Fasciitis, groin tendonitis and hip tendonitis, as well as the tendon tear such as rotator cuff tear that are in the acute condition (usually less than 3 months old), recovery can be achieved within 1-2 weeks with 3 FASTT Patches treatment.

For tendonitis in chronic conditions (usually over 3 months), tendonitis due to overuse, or patients of older age, recovery can be achieved with a course of 6 FASTT Patches treatment. For such chronic condition, patients usually experience pain reduction at the end of 2nd patch treatment.

If there is no pain reduction at all after treatment with 3 FASTT Patches, it may indicate a cartilage injury or early stage osteoarthritis and will requires treatment with 3-6 WHITEE Patches on the joint.

For tendonitis due to overuse, work load should be reduced during the treatment. A biomechanical or ergonomic evaluation is recommended after the treatment to prevent further injury.

For tendonitis in degeneration stage characterized by calcification and/or scar tissues - complete healing may not be achieved with treatment of 6 FASTT Patches. Treatment with additional 3-6 WHITEE Patches is recommended for better results.

  5. Tennis Elbow
It takes 3 - 6 medium FASTT Patches to treat tennis elbow, also known as Lateral Epicondylitis. For young patients with recent injuries, it usually takes 3 patches to heal. If the patient is older and the injury is caused by overuse, it may take a couple more patches but the total number of patches required should not exceed 6.

After a treatment with 3 FASTT Patches, there may be 3 different outcomes, depending on the individual's situation. In the best case, the patient is completely healed and does not need any further treatment.

Another scenario is that the patient feels significant pain relief but there is still some pain left. The patient will need 2 - 3 patches to complete the treatment.

In the case that the patient does not feel change even after the treatment with 3 FASTT Patches, it is an indication that the patient has already developed cartilage injury or early stage osteoarthritis. To cure such problem, patient should use a complimentary product, WHITEE Patch.

Since both products are healing patches, not pain killers, a patient may not feel much pain relief immediately after they put on the 1st patch. It is normal for patient starting to feel the improvement at the end of the second patch.

  6. Rotator Cuff
It takes 3 - 6 medium FASTT Patches to treat Rotator Cuff Syndrome. For young patients with recent injuries, it usually takes 3 patches to heal. If the patient is older and the injury is caused by overuse, it may take a couple more patches but the total number of patches required should not exceed 6.

  7. Carpal tunnel syndrome
It takes 3 - 6 medium FASTT Patches to treat Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS). For young patients with recent injuries, it usually takes 3 patches to heal. If the patient is older and the injury is caused by overuse, it may take a couple more patches but the total number of patches required should not exceed 6.

  8. Groin
It takes 3 - 6 medium FASTT Patches to treat groin. For young patients with recent injuries, it usually takes 3 patches to heal. If the patient is older and the injury is caused by overuse, it may take a couple more patches but the total number of patches required should not exceed 6.

  9. Injury on Foot - Treatment of tendonitis in an area with thick callus (such as the arch of the foot) will require more FASTT Patches than usual due to low absorption efficiency. It is recommended to place a blank tape over the area a couple of times to facilitate removal of the dead skin, which will allow the patch stay firmly in place. Cartilage injury in the weight bearing joint such as the Calcaneal joint should be treated with 3-6 WHITEE Patches in the joint area and the joint should be immobilized during the treatment to avoid continuing damage during the healing process.

  10. Post-Surgical Wounds - Post-surgical wounds that are still in acute conditions (usually within 2 weeks of surgery), require treatment with 3-6 FASTT Patches on the incision once the skin has healed (normally 4 or 5 days after the surgery). This treatment will accelearate healing the surgical wounds as well as injuries in tendon, ligament and bone. It will also prevent the formation of scar tissue.

If the surgery in the joint or disc locations involved joint cartilage damage, it requires treatment with 3-6 WHITEE Patches (LC Balancer is required for patients over 50 years old) after the FASTT Patch treatment. WHITEE Patch can also partially dissolve the post-surgical scar.

  11. Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) Syndrome - Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) Syndrome usually requires treatment with 5-6 FASTT Patches (2 medium and 3-4 small patches) at the Temporomandibular Joint area to heal tendon and muscle injuries. If there is residual pain inside the joint after the treatment, it may indicate that the joint cartilage is also injured and will require treatment with 3-6 small WHITEE Patches in the joint area. If the TMJ Syndrome is a secondary problem caused by other disorders, such as irregular biting or teeth grinding at night, the primary cause has to be addressed to prevent any TMJ Syndrome in the future.

  12. Bursitis - Bursitis at the location of patella, elbow, shoulder, etc., requires treatment with 3-6 FASTT Patches. If there is no pain reduction after treatment with 3 FASTT Patches, it may indicate that the bursitis is due to a joint problem and will require treatment with 3-6 WHITEE Patches in the nearest joint.

  13. Non-Angina Chest Wall Pain - Non-Angina chest wall inflammation - characterized by two pain spots, one at the left back facing the heart and the other under left arm pit - requires treatment with 6 consecutive FASTT Patches to eliminate the pain. Patients should experience a sustained pain relief without continuing treatment.

  14. Cartilage Injuries - FASTT Patch does not help with cartilage injuries. WHITEE Patch should be used to treat any cartilage injury.
